Description: Titan's Spartan Workout will be a combination of exercises from the following: wrestling, mixed martial arts, Strongman, gymnastics, strength and conditioning. After this program, you will be physically and mentally taken to a level of fitness you never thought possible. Our experienced Titan staff has implemented scientific sports and training principles to develop a Spartan training program, which is similar to the programs the actors from the movie 300 used. You will blowtorch body fat, pack on lean hard muscle, and boost your strength and conditioning to the next level.
