Description: Core fitness is proud to bring a new style of training to the fitness world with the Core Fitness Roller. It combines Pilates, core strength, balance and mind-body connection. The classes are as followed,
Monday and Wednesday 7 am Fusion Flow with Natalie.
Thursday 10 am Full body integration with Meagan
Thursday Noon Pilates with balance with Meagan.
