Synopsis:
Two seconds dont make a difference? Until they do. NOT BY CHANCE tells a story of two men, plunged into the heart of tragedy, in an instant. In a single crash that neither Enios meticulous traffic control, nor Pedros careful plotting could foresee, they lose hope for the future. Both men struggle with their profound loss and loneliness, but the city itself seems to have other plans for them.
