Take a break from the afternoon sun and journey to the moon and
stars at the S.B. Museum of Natural History’s Gladwin Planetarium.
The only full-dome planetarium open to the public on the South
Coast, themed shows such as Cosmic Safari, Exploring the Spring
Sky, and Twinkle, Twinkle for Little Stars run hourly from 11
a.m.-3 p.m. on weekends with 3 p.m. shows on Wednesdays and
Fridays, and a Spanish-language exploration at 3 p.m. on
Sundays. Tickets are $4 with paid museum admission. Call
