Santa Barbaran Rodney Brown is the new president and CEO of the California Bankers Association, after serving in the same capacities at Montecito Bank & Trust for 12 years. Representing more than 80 percent of California’s FDIC-insured institutions and their $4 trillion in assets, the CBA describes itself as leading the way in legislative solutions to banking issues including “financial privacy, predatory lending, usage fees, and financial elder abuse.”
