A free workshop tomorrow offers Santa Barbara residents a chance to hear marketing tips from advertising expert Steve Patchen. Presented by the Santa Barbara Service Corps of Retired Executives (SB SCORE), the Santa Barbara Entrepreneurship Center, the Inventors Workshop International and the Santa Barbara Enterprise Center, the workshop begins at 6 p.m. the library’s Eastside branch at 1100 East Montecito Street.
