While not exactly nostalgic, the play is based on Dudzick’s rigid upbringing as a Polish boy in a Catholic parochial school. • This Friday, October 26, from 6-9 p.m. Santa Barbara Art Studios (709 E. Mason St.) hosts an opening for painter, photographer, and poet Judy Jones. The exhibit will feature oil paintings and startling images from her book, Bones of the Homeless. All sales will benefit the St. Brigid Fellowship, which offers counseling for Isla Vista’s homeless population.
