Just in the nick of time, pop star Michael Jackson’s lawyer, L. Londell McMillan, announced today that Jackson will refinance the 2,500 acre Neverland Ranch estate, effectively canceling the planned March 19 auction. He owed approximately $24 million on the estate, which he had vacated after his 2005 acquittal on child molestation charges. No one is sure as to whether or not Jackson will re-occupy Neverland, and he is reportedly looking at estates in Devonshire, England with his older brother, Tito.
