Missing Goleta woman Victora Cotton

The Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Department hopes the prospect of reward money may help in finding Victoria Cotton, the Goleta woman who vanished in July 2006. The reward money, $5,000, comes from the Carole Sund Carrington Foundation, a Modesto-based organization that aims to help find missing people. Anyone with information about Cotton’s whereabouts should call the Sheriff at (805) 681-4150.

Carole Sund, her daughter Julie and exchange student Silvina Pelosso went missing near Yosemite in February 1999. They were later found murdered. Sund’s parents, Francis and Carole Carrington established the organization in the dead women’s honor to help families in similar circumstances.
