Fri Nov 07, 2008 | 05:11pm

At about 8:30 a.m. on Friday, November 7, a white male in his thirties wearing a light blue hooded sweatshirt and jeans entered a publishing business on the 5900 block of Encina Road in Goleta, waved a gun in the face of the two female employees, and demanded a large amount of cash. The employees told the man that they didn’t have that kind of money, so he settled on taking cash from one of the employees as well as a wedding ring.

By the time deputies from the Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Department had arrived, the man had fled. They searched the property and immediate area, but could not locate the suspect.

Anyone with information is encouraged to call detectives at 681-4150.
