Are you good with a spatula? Know your way around cake ingredients? The person friends enlist to bake their birthday cake? If so, on Saturday, December 13, from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. you can show the world (or at least our little corner of the world) how fabulous your sweet-making skills are by entering Carpinteria’s First Cupcake Baking Contest. All you have to do is bring one dozen of your best, most beautiful cupcake creations to the Carpinteria Arts Center (855 Linden Ave., Carpinteria) for judging.
