ON THE COVER: Even before Oscar buzz surrounded Milk, San Francisco Supervisor Harvey Milk was well-known for being the first openly gay politician elected in the U.S. And with the biopic hitting theaters, Indy staffers are remembering the supervisor and reflecting on his legacy in this week’s cover story, which starts here.
