The gala features live entertainment, delicious food and drinks, and a live auction, will raise funds for Lotusland’s many upkeep costs and beautification programs. Maritime Museum hosts its annual Summer Celebration on Stearns Wharf this week, where featured activities include a State of the Ship presentation, a maritime art competition, and screenings of maritime-related films in its own Munger Theater, among other festivities. Proceeds benefit the not-for-profit institution’s many free and low-cost community programs. The celebration happens Saturday, July 25, from 10 a.m.-6 p.m., at 113 Harbor Way. Admission is $2.
