The tone, tenor, and timing of Joyce Dudley’s novel was unfortunate, unprofessional, and poorly written. [“Haraguchi Sentenced to One Year,” 9/9/09]. (Like Nancy Grace on a really, really bad day.) It was polarizing, unilluminating, and embarrassed the many fine prosecutors of the Sneddon administration. Joyce should apologize and move forward.
