Every other year the S.B. Garden Club hosts a flower show to be reckoned with. This year, the show features floral concoctions resembling some of Santa Barbara’s time-honored events such as Fiesta and Solstice. Other floral exhibits will include a cascading wedding bouquet exhibited in the Presidio Chapel, plants from Farmers Market, living walls, and examples of innovative sustainable living and gardening. The S.B. Trust for Historic Preservation cosponsors the event, which takes place Thursday-Friday, April 22-23, 10:30 a.m.-4 p.m., El Presidio, 123 East Canon Perdido Street.
