S.B. Public Library Hosts Fun Mix of Kid-Centered Activities This June

Clear your kids’ calendars, because this week marks the beginning of a full month of fun activities just for little ones at the S.B. Public Library (40 E. Anapamu St.). The following is a roundup of just a few of the delightful children’s events at the Central Library this June; most events have additional dates scheduled at other branches of the S.B. Public Library System, indicated in parentheses below.

• Thursday, June 10, 3:30 p.m.: Magician Shawn McMaster presents an exciting and hilarious interactive magic show. (Also showing at Eastside and Goleta branches.)

• Thursday, June 17, 10:30 a.m.: Juggler David Cousin will perform fantastic and funny juggling tricks. (Also showing at Carpinteria, Eastside, Goleta, Montecito, and Solvang branches.)

• Tuesday, June 22, 10:30 a.m.: Storyteller Jim Cogan will use creative sound and movement to transform stories into hilarious, entertaining adventures. (Also showing at Carpinteria, Eastside, Goleta, and Montecito branches.)
