“Parlez-vous français?” Or, “¿Hablas español?” Thanks to weekly Bilingual Conversation and Storytime Circles in French and Spanish at Peanuts Kids & Maternity Boutique (9 E. Figueroa St.), Santa Barbara’s children can learn to answer “Oui” and “Si” with ease at a very young age. Child/parent duos bring a foreign-language kids’ book to a circle and take turns reading aloud to the group with other families, to the best of each child’s ability. More language development is fostered by additional group participation activities, including art projects, puppets, games, and more.

• Spanish Conversation and Storytime Circle: Fridays, 11 a.m.-noon
