A benefit event featuring great barbecued food and a Texas hold ’em poker tournament will help raise funds this week for medical care for S.B. City Fire Department Captain Mike Moses, who is currently battling cancer. The event, which starts at noon on Sunday, January 30 at the Carriage Museum (129 Castillo St.), will feature prizes like custom shaped surfboards, plasma TVs, an Apple iPad, and more.
