County Animal Services, in partnerships with local shelters, is extending its “March Madness” discount program on adoptable dogs and cats in shelters in the area. Adopters will receive $5 off cats and $10 off dogs who have been at shelters for more than 60 days, plus additional discounts for animals with longer residencies.
