Man & Woman of the Year

For more than half a century, the Santa Barbara Foundation philanthropy group has held its yearly Man & Woman of the Year awards. For its 69th annual event, the foundation, along with KEYT television, invites folks to nominate people who, “through their exemplary volunteer efforts, involvement, and contributions, have made a significant and positive impact on the Santa Barbara community.” Nominations are being accepted until Monday, August 1, at 5 p.m.; the winners will be announced at a dinner held Thursday, September 15, 6-9 p.m., at the Four Seasons Resort, The Biltmore Santa Barbara (1260 Channel Dr.).
