$1500 Expected to Be Raised for Nonprofit Autism Speaks this Weekend in Santa Barbara GAP Stores

Gap stores at Paseo Nuevo will match all donations, and all donors will receive a coupon for 25% off any GAP merchandise.

This event is free to attend and open to the public. Autism Speaks representatives from the Santa Barbara and Ventura County area will be on site to answer questions. Volunteers are still needed, please call Pam Eisenberg, Event Director for Autism Speaks at (310) 948-4426 or email pam.eisenberg@autismspeaks, to volunteer.

ABOUT WALK NOW FOR AUTISM SPEAKS: The 3rd annual Santa Barbara Walk Now for Autism Speaks 2011 event will take place Saturday, November 5, 2011 at East Beach in Santa Barbara at 8am. The Master of Ceremonies will be Andrew Firestone. The 2010 Santa Barbara autism walk hosted 1,000 Santa Barbara and Ventura County residents and raised $200,000. Walk Now for Autism Speaks is North America’s largest grassroots autism walk.
