Ms. Frascella, a Santa Barbara resident for 30 years, has extensive experience as a nonprofit executive and development consultant having worked with organizations as varied as Friendship Adult Day Center, Girls Inc of Greater Santa Barbara, Santa Barbara International Film Festival and Shelter Services for Women. Frascella has served on Dance Alliance’s Advisory Board for ten years.
