Merchants up and down the corridor will be handing out candy and prizes to elementary school-aged children from 2-5 PM on Halloween. Participating merchants will have orange and black balloons in front to welcome trick-or-treaters. To strengthen pedestrian safety in the area, volunteers from Community Solutions, Inc will be on hand to safely escort children across crosswalks as needed. The Trick-or-Treat on Milpas Street! event takes place all along Milpas, from Quinientos to Canon Perdido.
All area children are invited and welcomed to attend.
