Applications are open to individuals who are either enrolled in paralegal certificate training programs for entry into the profession or who are registered to sit for an advanced paralegal certifying examination, such as those offered by the National Federation of Paralegal Associations (NFPA) – the RP exam, the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA) – the CLA exam and the Organization of Legal Professionals (OLP) – the CeDP exam.
The deadline for applying for these scholarships is March 30th. Submissions should be sent to the Santa Barbara Paralegal Association at its mailing address: P. O. Box 2695, Santa Barbara, CA 93120.
