Miss What We Had

Your new format for the week’s schedule is counterproductive. I can’t tell you how much less effective it is than your old schedule. I can do without the pretty pictures and big print in the current version. What I need is an easy-to-read list of all the things that are happening, not just your favored few. I need to be able to highlight events, or look them up at the last minute, and sometimes I even carry the paper in my car so I can check the address. And your online version of the day’s schedule is actually harder for me to read than the print version was.

So sad to see a reason not to pick up a copy of the Indy! – Linda Phillips

I am very disappointed that your newspaper no longer has the [complete] listings for local weekly events. I know that they are still online, but I like to read them in print all at once when I pick up The Independent. Please, consider bringing it back.

P.S. My husband Jon Lipman agrees. That’s two votes.
