where killings
are matched to
disappointment
and the audience can watch
or not
and there’s no young man
who no one knows
invading a school
shooting every little
first grade body
beyond recognition
And then weaseling out
with one bullet for himself
Give me the bad guys
who are only bad
because it’s a movie
and I won’t be shredded
