Who is Tobo (aka Toby, a very special dog)?
Toby escaped from his master’s home by digging under the fence. Toby’s master was heartbroken for weeks on end. Posters put up by many caring neighbors netted no information. Then Toby was discovered by Animal Control while he was living with some homeless people. Toby was returned home and renamed “Tobo” due to his living arrangement with the homeless of S.B. Tobo’s name is derived from “hobo,” thus honoring his temporary parents.
No one ever plans to grow up and be homeless. Life can be cruel and unpredictable.
