Boston Defense: Nil

Among the foundations of an effective justice system is the promise of a vigorous defense: the state being required to prove its case. Alarmingly, appointed defense counsel Judy Clarke appears to be denying this to her client Dzhokhar Tsarnaev in the Boston bombing trial. Thus far, by her declaring “he did it,” it appears she will not be introducing the best evidence — the photos and videos taken at the scene.

Even a cursory evaluation of these reveal the official narrative to be demonstrably false. I encourage all law-loving citizens to research the photos and videos themselves, come to their own conclusion, and speak out for justice. The truth in this matter, however uncomfortable, may prevent an innocent man from a miscarriage of justice.
