Man-Made Crisis?

Here is California’s water crisis in a nutshell. As its population explodes (including illegals), no dams, reservoirs, or delivery systems are being built. Adding to the problem, millions of gallons of usable water are being diverted from farms and cities and dumped into the Pacific because of fish. This will impact our food supply, water supply and economy. Furthermore, weather cycles, not climate change/global warming are part of the problem. Sadly, our state is in dire straits because of bad policies and radical environmentalism. Time to reverse course.
