The saying “If it isn’t broken, don’t fix it” came to mind when I recently read of the Mission Creek bridge potential demolition. If these landmarks keep getting destroyed then what will we have left of Santa Barbara?
Should the City of Rome tear down the Coliseum because there is a need for more parking in central Rome?
I hope this idea has been shelved.
