All they’ve done is clutter up our properties, added cars to our streets since parking isn’t required, added more illegal Airbnb short-term rentals, and outrageous long-term rental prices!
It was a no-cost way for the city to somewhat satisfy the state mandate for more housing. But it does nothing for low-cost, workforce, affordable housing.
It’s revolting!
