Explore the solar system from the vantage point of Our Cosmic Coast at the Santa Barbara Museum of Natural History. Uncover the secrets of the tides, the seasons, and the phases of the Moon. Listen to the surprising sounds of space, touch meteorites older than dirt, and investigate the varying gravity of other worlds. Launch rockets and camp out under the stars. Get to know our celestial neighbors as you learn and play among scale models of the planets.

Plan your visit to align with a show in the adjacent Gladwin Planetarium and scheduled solar viewings at Palmer Observatory.
