Music is a magical force that fills our hearts with joy and ignites our spirits!
It has an extraordinary capacity to evoke emotions and inspire movement, creating moments of pure bliss.
The beat of drums resonates within us, sparking an irresistible urge to dance, tone and express ourselves with uncontainable enthusiasm. This beautiful connection between music and movement is not just fundamental; it is a celebration of the human experience, a reminder of our shared joy and vitality!
We will begin with brief journaling to connect with our deep thoughts and will revisit it after our drumming and movement session. You can keep this journal to reflect later on, recalling the freedom and power you experienced during the class.
We will end our class with a short sound journey to integrate all experience and send you back home with calming and graceful energy.
