UCSB Student Clubs and the Korean Education Center in Los Angeles Present: “MEET KOREA”

Location: UC Santa Barbara Library Plaza
Admission: Free and open to all students and community members
The event invites the UCSB and Santa Barbara communities to explore Korean language, culture, and study abroad opportunities through interactive booths and activities. Participants can experience traditional Korean attire (Hanbok), make bracelets with Korean alphabet beads, make cultural crafts like the “gat” hat, and play traditional games with prizes. Representatives will also provide information on studying at Korean universities.
“Meet Korea” is co-hosted by the UCSB Korean Language Club (KLC), Korean American Student Association (KASA), and Korean Student Association (KSA), with sponsorship from the Korean Education Center in Los Angeles.
