La Casa de Maria Winter Retreat

Celebrate the new year with Taran Collis for a winter wellness day retreat at La Casa de Maria. We’ll spend a restorative day together on the beautiful, historic grounds of the Center for Spiritual Renewal at La Casa de Maria in Montecito. Our time will include rejuvenating morning yoga for all ages, labyrinth walk, time for quiet reflection, and a relaxing Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation). Ayurvedic lunch and refreshments provided. This is an opportunity to replenish, heal and reconnect.

For those who have attended programs here prior to the debris flow, will appreciate this event which allows access to portions of the the large estate CSR at La Casa, which has been closed for events since 2018.

*Donations for this event will go towards the rebuild of La Casa de Maria which is currently closed to the public.
