Yoga Soup

Reconnect with your body through an invigorating movement practice designed for movers of all levels and abilities.

You’ll be guided through mindful movement, breath awareness, and simple prompts/“scores” to explore your body’s natural rhythms and expand your movement vocabulary.

Through solo exploration, contact improvisation play, and group activities, we’ll cultivate body awareness, play, connection, and creativity.

Each class will be its own kind of journey where you’ll get to listen to your body, honor what feels good, push the edge of your comfort zone, and discover new ways to move and be moved, individually and as a group.

As we come together, we’ll create more than just a dance class—we’ll generate collective effervescence: that unique, uplifting joy that emerges when people move, breathe, and create in community.

Every body, every age, and every level of ability is welcome.
