So, our Dear Leader is spoiling for another violation of the War Powers Act. With nary a peep from a supplicant Congress, Iran is again the target.
Last year, after Trump bombed Iran, he claimed he had “obliterated” that country’s nuclear sites. Iran’s response to that attack was relatively restrained. Now, in the run-up to a new attack, Trump pretends he’s surprised Iran hasn’t “already capitulated.”
If Trump follows through with new bombings, he may well set the entire Middle East on fire.
