Caruso’s Women-led Frontemare Dinner

On Saturday, March 7, 2026, Rosewood Miramar Beach’s celebrated Michelin Star, Michelin Green Star, and 2026 James Beard Award Semifinalist signature restaurant Caruso’s celebrates International Women’s Days with a unforgettable dinner, spotlighting the resort’s inspiring female culinary and beverage leaders and their contributions to Miramar’s dining program.

Exclusively for one night, guests and locals are invited to gather around the table at Frontemare, Caruso’s outdoor private dining space perched along the Pacific coastline, in honor of the special day.

The evening will showcase the culinary and beverage expertise of the restaurant’s and resort’s female leaders, while highlighting local purveyors, businesses, and winemakers whose passion and leadership shape our community.

Caruso’s Chef de Cuisine Shibani Mone will present an eight-course tasting menu celebrating the season’s finest ingredients,
featuring delicacies such as uni, caviar, and lobster, thoughtfully woven throughout the experience.

The evening will be complemented by wine pairings from Sommelier Alfie Wang, highlighting women-owned wineries and vineyards, alongside spirited and spirit-free cocktails by Director of Bars Eliza Hoar, showcasing women-founded spirits.

Set against the stunning backdrop of the Pacific Ocean and set at the intimate Frontemare, guests will experience an unforgettable evening of live cooking, wine, and cocktails.

The eight-course tasting menu is priced at $595 per guest (exclusive of tax and service), inclusive of the eight-course dining experience with wine and cocktail pairings.
