Join Blind Fitness and Santa Barbara Improv for a joyful, laughter-filled improv workshop designed for blind and low vision participants, sighted guides and community members
This interactive workshop invites you to explore movement, voice, creativity, and connection through accessible improv games and exercises. No acting experience required – just a willingness to play, listen, and show up as you are.
Improv is a powerful way to build confidence, trust, communication skills, and community, all while having fun and sharing a few laughs.
Santa Barbara Improv’s experienced instructors will guide the group through supportive, adaptive activities that emphasize collaboration, presence, and self-expression in a welcoming and inclusive environment.
Whether you’re new to improv or a seasoned performer, this workshop is about connection over perfection and celebrating the freedom of expression.
