Hops & Vines Ignites Tin City!

ONX Wines and BarrelHouse Brewing Co. are coming together for an unforgettable evening of flavor, creativity, and collaboration with “Hops & Vines,” an immersive paired dinner taking place Friday, April 18 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the ONX Winery in Tin City, Paso Robles.

Set inside the fermentation room of ONX Wines’ production facility, this intimate event invites guests behind the scenes for a dynamic culinary experience where wine and craft beer intersect in unexpected and exciting ways.

The evening will feature a thoughtfully curated multi-course menu by Chef Arturo of the innovative Fire Brick, known for his bold, ingredient-driven cuisine and inventive approach to wood-fired cooking. Each course will be paired with both ONX Wines and BarrelHouse Brewing selections, highlighting how wine and beer can complement—and elevate—each other.

“Hops & Vines is about pushing boundaries and celebrating collaboration,” said the ONX Wines team. “By bringing together wine, beer, and culinary artistry in such a unique setting, we’re offering guests something truly memorable and distinctly Paso Robles.”
