“Sofra” is a Turkish word that refers to more than just a table—it represents the experience of sharing a meal. Honoring this tradition, Chef Efe crafts a seasonal tasting menu that highlights the rich flavors of the Mediterranean, each dish reflecting history, technique, and personal inspiration.
Wines for the evening will be thoughtfully selected and provided by Oliver McCrum Wines, and guests are also welcome to bring their own bottles for a corkage fee.
A portion of the proceeds from this will benefit the Santa Barbara Culinary Experience in partnership with The Julia Child Foundation for Gastronomy and the Culinary Arts.
