Gallup & Stribling Orchids

Ancient Grains, Digestion, and Organic Farming

Come join us for an evening at the beautiful Gallup & Stribling Orchids in Carpinteria. We will hear from Owner, Christina Welch of Dinkelbrot Carpinteria, organic ancient grain farmer, Brooke Lucy of Winthrop, Washington, and Aiden Ostrowski, an organic farmer who focuses on regenerative farming here in Carpinteria. Topics will include gluten sensitivities, ancient grain, organic, and restorative farming, and einkorn vs modern wheat. Afterwards will open up for a time of Q and A. Christina’s amazing einkorn baked goods and drinks will be provided during the event.

A portion of the proceeds from this will benefit the Santa Barbara Culinary Experience in partnership with The Julia Child Foundation for Gastronomy and the Culinary Arts.
