Conquering essential knife skills is the key to success (and enjoyment) in the kitchen! In this hands-on class great for beginners but designed for all skill levels, you’ll learn proper technique for safety and efficiency. We’ll focus on dishes that involve plenty of varied knife cuts for practice (mince, chop, dice, julienne—you’ll learn them all, and then some!) and sit down to enjoy a lovely, seasonal meal together.
