Angela “Angie” Wallace
Angela “Angie” Wallace, 58, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on December 22, 2025 in Ventura, California. Angie was born on November 16, 1967 in Tiffin, Ohio. In 1972 she moved with her family to California, where she would spend most of her life building deep friendships, raising her family, and creating countless cherished memories.
In 1991, Angie met the love of her life, Geoffrey Wallace. They married in 1994 beginning a partnership filled with love, laughter, adventure, and a life built side by side. Two children followed, with Zoe arriving in 2004 and Aidan in 2006, completing what they affectionately called ‘Clan Wallace’.
Angie graduated from Newbury Park High School and later earned a degree in Communications from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Early in her career, Angie worked at Jasper’s Steakhouse in Goleta, where she formed many lifelong friendships that she treasured throughout her life. She later worked at United Way before finding her dream career at UC Santa Barbara helping students pursue educational opportunities abroad. She took great joy in encouraging young people to explore the world and embrace new experiences.
Travel was one of Angie’s greatest passions. Through her work and personal adventures, she visited many remarkable places. In 2023, she and Geoff traveled through France, exploring Paris, Marseille, and Reims, meeting up with her cousin Deborah in Paris. She especially treasured a family trip to Belize with Geoff, Zoe, and Aidan, where they reunited with family and close friends Beanie and Betty.
Angie embraced life wholeheartedly. She loved live music, especially reggae, and rarely passed up an opportunity to gather with friends. Whether enjoying a concert, sharing laughter over a meal, or wine tasting in Paso Robles, she found joy in life’s simple pleasures and in the people she loved.
Although Goleta was her home for most of her adult life, Angie and Geoff fulfilled a dream when they purchased a home in Ventura a few years ago and began a new chapter together there.
Angie is survived by her beloved husband Geoffrey Wallace; her children Zoe Wallace and Aidan Wallace; her brother Jahsen Williamson; her father Ron Williamson; her mothers-in-law Joyce Ower and Tamara Wallace; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends. Her beloved mother, Sharon Williamson, passed away shortly after Angie.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, July 12, 2026 at 1 p.m. at Kiwanis Meadows, Area 5, Tucker’s Grove, Santa Barbara, California. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Angie’s life.
In lieu of flowers, consider making a charitable donation to an organization of your choice in Angela’s memory. Family and friends are also invited to visit Wallace to share memories, photographs, https://www.online-tribute.com/AngelaWilliamsonWallace and videos in honor of Angie.
