Learn from the Best! Gather around the open grill with Owner/Chef Frank Ostini and Executive Chef Jesus Montano of Hitching Post 2 and perfect the art of barbecuing. There’s more to know than you think: fire management, wood selection, types of cuts (rib eye, top sirloin), timing cuts over oak, and more. They’ll also get into grilling other items such as turkey breast, roasted corn and cheese quesadillas, and a medley of vegetables including a demonstration of HP’s famous Magic Stuff grilled artichokes. Enjoy Hitching Post wine during the event.
SUMMER BBQ BUFFET: Afterwards, feast on a buffet dinner featuring items grilled from class along with ideal sides and, of course, Hitching Post wines! Advanced tickets necessary.
