A little girl with an extraordinary mind proves that even the smallest person can change the world in Stage Left Productions’ presentation of Matilda The Musical.
More than 60 talented young performers, ages 9 to 16, bring Roald Dahl’s beloved story to life with unforgettable music, high-energy dance, imaginative storytelling, larger-than-life characters, and plenty of laughs. Featuring favorite songs including “Naughty,” “When I Grow Up,” and “Revolting Children,” this award-winning musical celebrates courage, kindness, resilience, and the power of finding your voice.
Performances take place Saturday and Sunday, July 25 and 26, 2026, at 2:00 and 7:00 p.m. each day at Santa Barbara High School Theatre, 700 E. Anapamu Street.
Tickets are $15 for general admission and $25 for reserved seating and may be purchased at the door.
Presented as part of Stage Left Productions’ 26th summer performing arts program, Matilda The Musical is a magical theatrical adventure for audiences of all ages.
