Charles Horton See
Charles Horton See was born in Ventura on December 16, 1959. His family later moved to Santa Barbara, where he attended Ellwood Elementary, La Cumbre Junior High, and graduated with the San Marcos High School class of 1977.
As a teen he discovered motorcycles and this became his lifelong passion. He worked for the Southern California Gas Company for over 30 years as a Service Technician, where he made many lifelong friends. After retiring he had more time to do the things he loved: hunting, fishing, as well as riding, racing and building motorcycles including his famous Yellow Harley.
The local motorcycle community became his second family and he enjoyed years of desert riding and road trips. Everyone enjoyed having Charlie along for the ride, as he always had the tools and knowledge to fix almost anything that could break.
Charles is survived by his mother, Mari See; his two brothers, Larry See (Suzi) and Francis See; and his nieces, Emily See and Mollie See Becker.
Not only will Charlie be fondly remembered by his many friends and family, he will also be greatly missed.
