This Thanksgiving and early December, an array of celebratory experiences await at Rosewood Miramar Beach.
Alongside Thanksgiving feasts at Caruso’s and The Revere Room, guests are invited to experience Manor Bar’s newest cocktail menu or pre-order a Miramar Sourdough courtesy of chef Julien. Additionally, Caruso’s is welcoming Genoa, Italy’s Michelin-starred Cracco Portofino for a two-night only collaboration dinner, marrying the two coasts for a spectacular evening under the stars.
Thanksgiving at Rosewood Miramar Beach Highlights
Thanksgiving Dinner at Caruso’s. On Thursday, Nov. 26, Michelin Star plus Green Star Caruso’s is serving a traditional five-course Thanksgiving meal, reimagined with a Central California Coast lens featuring local Santa Barbara purveyors such as Sea Stephanie Fish, Goleta’s Caitlin Ranch, and produce from Caruso’s own plot at Vega Vineyard and Farm. $285 per adult, $125 per child. Book your reservation here.
A Family Thanksgiving at Miramar. For a more relaxed holiday, Miramar’s Chandelier Ballroom hosts a festive buffet with regional flair, live music and activities for the little ones, with brunch from 12–3 p.m. and dinner from 4–7 p.m. At The Revere Room, guests can start the day with brunch overlooking the Great Lawn, or gather later for a family-style, four-course dinner of shared plates. Book your reservation here and here.
The Manor Bar’s newest menu. On Wednesday, Nov. 11, The Manor Bar debuts Chronicles of Cocktails Volume VI, the newest chapter of the bar’s literary cocktail series. Created by Director of Bars Eliza Hoar and inspired by iconic detectives and legendary spy stories, each cocktail invites guests to follow a trail of hidden clues and taste the unexpected. Celebrated for its creative cocktail program, the bar was recently added to The 50 Discovery and named a top 10 nominee for Best U.S. Hotel Bar at the 2026 Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Awards.
Holiday Bread by Chef Julien. For those enjoying Thanksgiving at home, Miramar’s executive pastry chef (and local Frenchman) Julien Guignard is baking limited-release Thanksgiving sourdough loaves with grains from Tehachapi Grain Project. Available for pre-order Nov. 1–20 with pick-up on Nov. 24 and 25, chef Julien’s bread is perfect as is, or incorporated into stuffing, bread pudding, and more. Pre-order your sourdough at miramar@rosewoodhotels.com.
Cracco Portofino Collaboration. On Saturday, Dec. 5 and Sunday, Dec. 6, Caruso’s welcomes Michelin-starred Cracco Portofino for an exclusive two-night tasting menu led by Chefs Massimo Falsini and Mattia Pecis. Showcasing the flavors of Italy and California, the menu will be paired with wines from celebrated Italian producers alongside the exceptional wines of Santa Barbara Wine Country. Book your reservation here.
Suntory Dinner at AMA Sushi. On Thursday, Dec. 3, Eliza Hoar and Chef Scott Yonamine team up at Michelin-recognized AMA Sushi for a multi-course omakase paired with the iconic whiskies of Suntory, celebrating the harmony of Japanese whisky and sushi. Book your reservation here.
