Music & Meditation Santa Barbara welcomes acclaimed violinist Lina Bahn, Professor of Practice and Chair of the Strings Department at USC Thornton School of Music, for a special concert with pianist Antonio Artese on Friday, November 13, at 2 PM at Weinman Hall, Music Academy of the West.
Replacing previously announced violinist Savannah Jo Lack, Bahn will perform a contemplative program featuring music by Biber, Philip Glass, Beethoven, Erik Satie, and Evan Chambers, including Last Night at Yaddo, featured on her Naxos recording.
The one-hour experience combines exceptional live music with guided meditation led by Jessica Kolbe, inviting audiences to relax, reflect, and discover the beauty of deep listening.
