Bridging the Generational Digital Divide for Real ImpactHow generational digital fluency can turn passive scrolling into powerful action.

There’s a growing gap between generations when it comes to using social media for (civic engagement or political power).

Join us for October’s DemWomen Social Lab as we explore how to bridge the digital divide and amplify voices across generations through smarter, more intentional digital engagement—just in time for the 2026 elections.

In partnership with Indivisible SB, Women’s Political Committee, Women’s March SB, and UCSB DEMS, this interactive session features young activists leading us through Instagram basics and strategies—turning digital frustration into meaningful influence.

We’ll also explore how to better communicate with and advocate alongside younger generations.

Whether you’re social media shy or simply looking to sharpen your digital tools, come ready to learn, ask questions, and build powerful connections across generations.
